Here's a checklist and some important reminders to ensure everything is in order. Thank you for your attention to these details. Let’s make sure we’re all prepared for a smooth and successful trip! Printable Cache Lake Checklist

Please review the following items and complete them as soon as possible:

1. Register with WD Boyce 

   • Each member must be registered. Please use the Cache Lake Contact Info Form - 2025 Crew is registered 🎉 

2. Monitor Discord for Updates: 

   • Stay updated by joining the #CacheLake channel on Discord: Join Here 

3. Travel Consent Form: 

   • Complete the Scouting.org Scouting.org Travel Consent Form 

4. International Travel Consent Form: 

   • Travel Consent Form This form must be notarized. If the father is attending the trip, the mother must sign and have the form notarized. 

   • Important: Do not sign the form until you are with the notary.

5. BSA Health Form:

   • Complete Parts A, B, and C. Part C requires a doctor’s signature, so schedule a physical if needed. 

   • If your Scout is attending summer camp at ISR in June, please prioritize this.

6. Passport: 

   • A passport book or card is required. 

   • If you don’t already have one, apply ASAP, as processing can take 6–11 weeks. 

   • If you have a passport, ensure it does not expire before the expected return date.

7. Photocopy of Passport: 

   • Provide a photocopy of your passport to be kept stateside. 

   • This will help expedite customs concerns if a passport is lost during the trip.

8. Adult Fishing License, Outdoor Cards, Boat Safety Card: 

   • These can be purchased at Sand Point Lodge or online at Ontario.ca/fishing, where you can print your license immediately.

9. Youth Fishing Requirements: 

   • Youth under 18 do not need a fishing license. 

   • However, they must carry a Cache Camp ID (provided at camp) and a photocopy of a government-issued photo ID (passport card, passport photo page, or Illinois-issued photo ID). Birth certificates and school IDs are not acceptable.
